Terms of use

  • What this is. hoodini.sh is software that reads public blockchain data and third-party market data, scores what it reads, and lets a signed-in user compose and send transactions from their own wallet. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
  • Not advice. Nothing on this site — scores, signals, the copy book, the leaderboard, a trader's record — is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. "Unknown" means we could not measure it, not that it is safe.
  • Your wallet, your trades. Trades are signed by your own embedded wallet and are irreversible once sent. You are responsible for every transaction you send, for the funds in your wallet, and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
  • The copy book. The signals page is a paper model unless a row is marked live. Paper results are simulated from live prices and are not a promise of any outcome; a live book trades the operator's own funds, never yours.
  • Referrals. Outbound links to fomo carry our referral code. Referrals never influence a score, a signal or the feed.
  • Accounts. One person per account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (scraping, attacks, fraud). You can stop using the service at any time; ask us on X to delete your account data.
  • Liability. To the extent the law allows, CHRONIC QUAL SRL is not liable for losses arising from the use of this software, from third-party data being wrong or late, from chain or wallet-provider outages, or from tokens that turn out to be scams.
  • Changes. We may change these terms; the date above moves when we do. Governing law: Romania.

Privacy

  • What we collect. On sign-in, what Privy gives us: an account identifier and the email or wallet you signed in with. While you use the site: a session cookie, your trade settings, your demo and real trade records, support tickets you open, and your IP address for rate limiting. That is the list.
  • Analytics. Google Analytics 4, which sets first-party cookies to tell visits apart and reports usage to Google in aggregate, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. Neither sees your wallet, your trades or your account identifier.
  • Processors. Privy (authentication and the embedded wallet), Google (analytics), Cloudflare (analytics). No advertising scripts. Blockchain data we read is public by nature.
  • Retention and your rights. Account data is kept while the account exists. You may ask what we hold about you, or ask for it to be deleted, by messaging @hoodiniapp; users in the EU have the rights the GDPR gives them, and we answer within thirty days.

Risk disclosure

  • Memecoins are among the riskiest assets that exist. Most go to zero. A token can be sellable at one block and a honeypot at the next.
  • Robinhood Chain is new. Explorers, price feeds and routers lag or fail; our readings inherit those failures and say unknown when they do.
  • Copying a trader copies their losses too. A record measured here is past performance on a small sample.
  • One-click trading removes confirmations by design. Read the route and the size before you press; see Security for what protects a click and what cannot.
